Through raising awareness of those who need our help and
protection - in this case abused animals, the main aim of the series of
workshops is work on the mental health of students via socially engaged work.
To be the voice of those without one, to make a change for the better in the
world they live in, and not get any material benefit out of it, is the basis
for keeping society emotionally healthy.
Students involved in the project profit by acquiring skills
in the field of teamwork, organisation, marketing, PR and everthing which is
included in the organisation of such an event - without learning it from a
textbook.
Considering that most of the items sold at flea market were
second hand, and in that sense recycled, the entire project has an ecological
element through which we concerne ourselves with the health of our Planet.
